Client relationships built on mutual trust and respect are the ones that last. However, communication is the glue that retains those relationships. When communication fails, you will probably feel uneasy or wary of why this information wasn’t presented to you sooner. At Michigan Creative, we believe that healthy client relationships begin with open communication. We never want our clients to feel left out of the process. We do our best to keep you in the loop, updating you every step of the way. Communication is what drives our business. 

Process

We all get sick of hearing “trust the process,” but there’s a reason we hear this statement so often. Processes are developed and put into place because they work. They are built out of trial and error, finding what sticks and what doesn’t. We always share our process with our clients so that you can understand our workflow and timelines. When we start working with a new client, our process begins with getting to know all the in’s and out’s of your business and industry and your marketing efforts. We’ll dive into what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past and what goals you would like to achieve in the future. This “discovery session” gives us the insight we need to be successful as your marketing partner. Marketing is all about communicating how your business can help solve a problem. If we don’t know who you are or what you do, marketing would never work!

Every Problem Has a Solution 

Even when problems do arise, we are here to help you solve them. Part of our deep dive into learning your business is to understand your pain points as a business. One of our core values is that every problem has a solution. This core value means that we are not scared to tackle the tough challenges and will come together as a team to help solve them. We often will come up with several solutions to discuss with you, but in the end, it’s up to you to make the final decision. We value our clients’ feedback, and we want to hear your thoughts and opinions.
