When we work with clients, one of the first things we do is learn who they are as a business. At Michigan Creative, marketing is a client-focused process. We start with a kick-off meeting, and then we start our deep dive. Our project managers meet with the client, and here starts a little homework process. The homework gives our team a snapshot of who your business is and your goals. With these insights, everyone on the project can become familiar with your business. The client is our number one priority, and it is our goal to make the process of marketing them as seamless as possible.

Short and Sweet
There is a fine line between communication and being overwhelmed with unnecessary questions and tiny revisions. For this reason, we have homework and our creative strategy meetings. Again, the homework is pretty short and sweet. Typically, homework is about one to two pages, depending on the business. The strategy meetings can also be quite fun. The project manager and sometimes members of the marketing team meet with clients to develop strategies that align with your goals. We also talk through messaging, creative and more. Developing marketing is like a dance. We’ll take the lead, but it takes two to tango.
