Onboarding

Planning and Implementation

Following our discovery meetings, our team will craft a comprehensive marketing plan outlining strategies to be implemented over the length of the contract. We will map out what projects our team needs to complete and what your team can manage.

Checking In

Your assigned account manager will schedule regular calls with your team to chat about current efforts and how we can best coordinate with each other. We can hold meetings as often as weekly or as little as monthly, depending on your needs. 

Reporting

Our executive team will meet with you each month to evaluate results and review tactics for the following month. We’ll report what we’ve accomplished so far and demonstrate that we are on track to meet goals and KPIs. Both teams will stay updated on progress and give clear directions for the upcoming month.

Assessment

Every quarter, we take a step back and evaluate how our coordinated efforts measure against KPIs. 

  • Did we meet all of our goals? 
  • Are we getting the expected results?
  • Do we need to make any adjustments for the next quarter?
